I have been using k8s since February 2018 with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) being where most of my production workloads are deployed. One major accomplishment I am proud of is being part of a team that helped an insurance company migrate an IBM Security Access Management (ISAM) application to GKE in South Africa. One of the first of its kind according to IBM.

One of the first core technologies I love in the cloud-native space. Been using this technology since March 2018 and have built alot of applications with it.

I have been using this platform since February 2018, it is my public cloud vendor of choice due to its openness, simplicity, developer centric focus and cost effectiveness. Most of the services I have used are Cloud Storage, GKE, Anthos, Cloud Build, Container Registry, Cloud Repositories, CloudSQL, AI platform, Compute Engine, Firebase and Networking services.

Currently using this for my postgraduate home lab where I have installed K8s and running cloud-native applications. The cluster consists of 4 raspberry pis, with 1 control plane and 3 worker nodes.

Was first introduced to this operating system in my undergraduate studies in 2012. I have been using it since with Ubuntu being my favourite flavor. Also experimented with kali linux as I tried honing some hacking skills.
